I strongly recomment getting in touch with Canadian Pacific
Hotels.  (I think that's the correct name.)  They have a phenomenal
program of recycling and waste reduction.  They even compost
their food waste in some or all of their hotels.  Don;t have a
web address but I'm sure you can find them.
