[GreenYes] seeking global warming info

Could someone please refer me to an executive summary by a respected
scientific organization that predicts outcomes of global warming --
e.g., heat waves, flooding, rising sea levels.

Also, I believe a federal commission issued findings on global warming.
Could anyone tell me the name of the commission and where that report
can be found?
