Dear Colleagues: The Bureau of Waste Prevention, Reuse and Recycling at the NYC Dept. of Sanitation has several paid internships available for graduate students and undergraduates this summer. The internships will expose students to sustainable waste management practice in a municipal government setting. Interested students should either reside in New York City or within a commutable distance, as the Department cannot assist in arranging housing. Full details on the internships can be found at: <http://www.nyc.gov/html/nycwasteless/html/whats_new/whats_new.shtml> http://www.nyc.gov/html/nycwasteless/html/whats_new/whats_new.shtml Thanks in advance for forwarding this to anyone you think might be interested.
