Re: [greenyes] Recycling and public transportation

Dana:
Don't forget to look into the recycling program in place in Curtiba, Brazil.
Curtiba has a world class transit system and has been praised for building very
sustainable environmental programs in their urban city, including recycling
efforts. Their city website, however is not in English, so you'll need a
translator or to find a contact to tell you about it. I know Richard Register
in Berkeley, CA has held a Conference in Curtiba and written on the city, he
may be a resource for a contact there.
