RE: [greenyes] America Recycles Day Proclamation
Thanks. It's too bad that it isn't released and posted a few days in advance
so that we can publicize it and get state and local politicians build upon
it. To have it released on the 15th means that it is "dead news" by the time
we can let the local news media and politicians know about it.
