There have been many new base years in 2003.  In January alone:  Brisbane,
Lodi, Escalon, Truckee, Woodland, Coalinga, Kingsburg, Gardena, Monterey
Park, and Commerce.  In February: Concord, Banning, Corona, Avenal, Santa
Clara, Moorpark, Laguna Hills, Manteca, Modesto, Stockton and Santa Clarita.


If you would like to see who submitted base years for the rest of the
months, and would like to see the agenda items and all attachments,
including the certification sheets, please go to:
http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/Agendas/ and select the months that you would like
to review.

a new base year application to the CIWMB within the last year?  If you have,
