I agree with you.  Do you think the GRRN ought to budget for a national campaign?  

When a group of us working through the NRC tried in the nineties to have the arrow removed if the material didn't have a market, our target was the Industry Association.  They stalled us and then ultimately refused to change.  

With the success of GRRN and its campaign to get Coca Cola to use recycled plastic, maybe we should target two or three key products.  

I have always said to my recycling customers who were upset about the fact that we could not take the yogurt or butter cups even though they had arrows and were clearly marked #1 or 2, that they should contact the product manufacture and let them know that they like the product but won't buy it because the package is not recyclable.
