[GRRN] Hotel recycling: Guest rooms

Number of guest rooms in this hotel is 250.  There is no recycling in the
guest rooms currently only the sameoldsameold - trash.   What is preferable
in order to develop a recycling collection system for all recyclables
discarded in guestrooms?  
1.
Creating a sign asking guests to leave their recyclables (glass and plastic
bottles, aluminum cans, newspapers) on the bureau
or
2.
Provide individual containers for recycling in each guest room.
or
3.
Some other more effective way .... ?????
