Please reply directly - not to the list (although glad to share synopsis of
what I receive)..

 

Would appreciate links to (or copy from) local recycling laws, especially to
sections that reference how diversion/capture rates are to be determined
(i.e., what gets counted in both the numerator and denominator) from the
residential sector..especially helpful from cities that provide
municipal-agency collection services..
