[GreenYes] Developing information messages that "stick"

People may be interested in listening to a recording of a show on Wisconsin Public Radio from yesterday on how to make informational messages "stick". The guest builds upon the theme of the book, The Tipping Point, about why some ideas succeed and other fail.

The program is available on the Internet at http://wpr.org/webcasting/audioarchives_display.cfm?Code=jca ; look for the 7 am program on Thursday, January 4, which features Dan Heath, consultant, Duke Corporate Education. Co-author, "Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die."

Best wishes for 2007,

John Reindl, Recycling Manager
Dane County, WI
