I did the Plasma research with Dr Ron Ney formerly of EPA for Lake Co the  
system works and is proven technology see Westinghouse Plasma the owner of  the 
patents on these types of systems.
 
A newer system: low Voltage, DC Plasma was reviewed by me in  engineering and 
EPA protocol detail that is now both EPA and EU approved  for medical waste. 
The use of the plasma was for heating internal rollers to F  2000 and the gas 
or fuel output was excellent with an energy bal. in excess  of 1.5 and no 
harmful levels of emissions. The unit did about 1000 lb. per hr of  medical waste 
and cost less than a million turn key.
 
I am sure that in due course the details will make the  press.
