developments in efficiency using Low Voltage, DC Plasma, a different parallel  gas flow 
torch and INTERNAL HEAT CONDUCTION ROLLERS.

The system which has since been bought by EU governmental / multi national  
developers for medical waste is in use presently I am advised and is EU
