RE ASH and WASTE from Plasma and MSW   
Been there done that. 
 
I have the minutes of  the Lake Co Fla Landfill Oversight meeting  where the 
CEO of Startech Plasma a Westinghouse Torch design gave the  answers to your 
questions. I was a politically appointed member of the  committee.
 
I also have a piece of the glassy waste that was produced from MSW  which is 
suitable for concrete mixes in place of stone and also suitable to be  used as 
an abrasive and if metal rich can be re heat processed and metal  reclaimed.
 Be more than happy to send the list the minutes of this public  meeting.
