Hello All,
 
My City does not have any money in the budget for any workshops. If the workshop is in Southern California, I can usually cover the cost. Are there any grants or scholarships for  workshops? I love attending the recycling workshops, yet the state of our city budget will not pay for any of these training sessions. Any positive suggestions?
