The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 is soliciting
proposals for cooperative agreements that address source reduction,
pollution prevention, green design or manufacturing, product
stewardship, reuse, environmentally preferable purchasing (including
products with postconsumer recycled content), market development, energy
conservation or recovery, or the manufacturing of products with
postconsumer recycled content.
