After a lot of effort by local government here to promote the use of fly ash 
in concrete, apparently due to changes in coal burning procedures, there is 
suddenly no ASTM Type F fly ash available in Washington.

A company here that uses the ash in a composite material is in deep trouble.  
 

Can anyone point me to a source for good quality type F fly ash, preferably 
bagged & palletized.   At this point shipping from anywhere in the U.S. is 
possible.

Must be ASTM Yype F.
