[GreenYes] Municipal Green Waste Collection Programs

The City of Honolulu is interested in developing a green waste
collection program in addition to curbside collection of recyclables.
They are looking for information/advice/examples of collection program
development. They are also considering the feasibility of including food
waste collection as well as yard waste in their green waste collection
program.  Any experience with this type of program development would be
helpful.
