There's a great resource: Choose to Reuse - a book by Nikki and David 
Goldbeck, that has a wonderful listing of various groups that will 
accept donations of all varieties- it's  "an encyclpopedia of 
services, products, programs and charitable organiations that foster 
reuse." it lists lots of groups that take books as well as other 
items.

They list the book exchange, at www.bookexchange.marin.org will take 
books of all varieties. They can be reached by phone at: 415 883 4547 
I'll share these with Saima.
