the first issue that occurs to me, based on what happened in the Gulf war, is the 
concerns around around "depleted uranium" ammunition - hundreds of babies were 
born malformed, etc... and of course, the fine radiation is almost impossible to clean 
up....

do please pass on that particular concern....
