[GreenYes] One Contract Experience

Hi All,

Does anyone on the list have experience of consolidating all garbage and/or
recycling collection under one contract to gain efficiencies in cost, etc,
on either a large city or county level?

If so, what kind of cost comparisons were experienced? What were any
implementation or operational problems, benefits, etc?
