We could help you try, but each material has a different weight-to-volume
ratio.  If you had an estimate of the tonnage of each material, or even the
type of building and a square foot estimate so that we could back into
tonnages of the various materials, that would get us a lot closer.

Knowing that you were trying to do a dept-wide thing for all projects, maybe
the best place to start is your controller, for building types and s.f.
estimates.  If that's not possible, if you can just give me whatever stats
you can pull together, and we can work it through off line.

Good afternoon.
I'm attempting to calculate, based on the EPA estimate of 3.89 pounds of
waste per square foot, the volume of waste generated from the construction
of projects we designed in the year 2001.  Can someone share a standard
weight to volume ratio applicable to construction demolition waste?
