[GreenYes] Construction Demolition Waste

Good afternoon.
I'm attempting to calculate, based on the EPA estimate of 3.89 pounds of waste per square foot, the volume of waste generated from the construction of projects we designed in the year 2001.  Can someone share a standard weight to volume ratio applicable to construction demolition waste?
