[GreenYes] Producer Responsibility & Consumer Costs

Hi Everyone:  Thanks for all the great feedback on Producer Responsibility.  
There are many different views out there but we all seem to have one thing in 
common: we support some form of it.  

One email I received personally was my favorite.  It said in essence:  Hey 
Waddell what's the big deal.  The U.S. doesn't "produce" anything anymore.  
All we do is "consume."
