[GreenYes] Wastage Column


Chaz Miller asserts in Wasteage’s October issue that  “It’s Hard To Be a Zero” because you just can’t recycle everything…

and apparently believes that the zero waste community movement has spring from industry’s “zero waste to landfill” bandwagon….and that it will require even more money from local government to accomplish.   Guess he’s not heard of reuse, reduction or EPR….
