Title: [GreenYes] Searching for database to report missed collections
Hi Everybody--
Does anyone use a shared database with their collection contractor to report missed collection and other problems? We use one that was built in house and it serves the purpose but we're not really happy with it. Is there a commercial package available, or has anyone else built their own that we could look at? Any leads are appreciated.
