Title: [GreenYes] charging for recycling at drop-off centers
I'm looking for examples of drop-off centers that charge residents for
recycling traditional materials (cardboard, aluminum, plastic bottles,
glass, paper, etc). We have nearby mountain communities who are
looking to offset the costs of providing land and hauling materials by
charging residents a small fee, less than that of landfilling. Any
examples of such an approach, failed or effective, are greatly
appreciated.
