Title: Single-stream processing contract language

I am working with one of our members, Philadelphia International Airport, on a project that would ultimately use single-stream processing of cardboard, mixed paper, and commingled beverage containers. 

I’m wondering if any towns, counties, or other government agencies have RFP and/or contract language for single-stream processing services that I can share with the Technical Services procurement division at the airport. We’re just trying to give the airport a level of comfort in the final bid documents they put out.
