[GreenYes] Curb-Side Recycling Incentives Program

My organization is very involved in local recycling education and
outreach.  We are interested in creating a fun and rewarding Recycling
Incentives program to encourage curb-side recycling.  Any creative
ideas (monthly gift drawings, etc) on how to reward people for
recycling in front of their homes?  The majority of towns in our
valley use Pay as You Throw, so curb-side recycling is already
included in their bill.  Are their any logistical nightmares that I
should be aware of (getting cooperation from the private recycling
truck drivers, tracking information, etc etc)?
