We are looking for examples from communities - not only in California - that have adopted Extended Producer Responsibility or Product Stewardship resolutions. Copies of the resolutions would be extremely helpful. We are also looking for communities that have implemented Advance Recycling Fees for household batteries. A quick description of the program, and if it's been successful, would be helpful. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
