this is the representative $ values of traditional EPA and Green Yes  models 
as I under stand them using B.E.T. EXISTING recycle models of  collection 
accumulation and sort.
 
The value of these recycled products is listed in billions.
using current methods.
 
Alternatively If at point of use in the home office or business you can  
cheaply convert these future MSW /bio waste of paper cardboard garbage,  lawn 
trimming and plastics by on site high heat w/o  oxygen decomposition process its 
like a digester  on steroids. The end product is renewable  motor fuels  
chemicals hydrocarbon based and elements just leave out the  aged 60 million years, 
and the Jurassic plants and  the Dinos
 
PS It is the way Nature does it in the universe for all  of time.
