I believe that Westinghouse Plasma has some cost analysis they will share.  
Visit them on the web .
 
Also St Lucie County on the web should have some cost  analysis materials in 
their public proposals.
 
None are accurate as to todays technology and  increased efficiency or cost 
models I have reviewed. 
 
I may have the presentation of Startech in 2003 to the Landfill Committee  of 
lake Co I can send you that addressed the issues in a public  forum.
 
Signed Confidential non disclosure agreements forbid me to disclose  
technical / propritiery cost info and operational expenses on plasma and  Fla bio 
ethanol processes.
