[GreenYes] Re: First Curbside Program



in 1967, the City of Madison, WI started collecting newspapers curbside as an experimental program. It was made permanent in 1968 and continues today in a much expanded form.

obviously, there were other curbside programs throughout the US before then (especially during WW II).
