Dear Greenyessers

I am interested in communication with local, regional and national
government officials charged with waste prevention, reuse, recycling, and
elimination in very large cities outside the US and Canada. Does anyone
know of one or more international counterparts to this listserve, which
seems primarily N. America based?

Thank you,
