[greenyes] Roll-off Tonnage Limits

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for information on roll-off tonnage limits. Roll-off services in
one of our collection agreements is structured as a flat fee with fairly
high tonnage limits. We are evaluating this system and the rates right now.
I would appreciate hearing other jurisdictions' ideas. Please share tonnage
limits for 15, 20, 30, and 40 yards and let me know if it's flat fee or fee
plus disposal over a certain limit. If you want to share your rates, that
would be helpful too!
