Hello,

Years ago there was a company in New Orleans, Louisiana sort of doing the 
reverse of ICFs.
There were using a Styrofoam core with wire lath and spraying gunnite over 
the foam core with wire lath to hold the gunnite on the foam.
I'm not sure how well it worked or any details on structural issues.
