RE: [greenyes] Recycling bins at post offices
	The Stopwaste program here in Alameda County, CA recently got involved in a major way
with the local post office (focused on the Oakland sectional center as I recall), and so
should be a good source of information on this.  The Stopwaste program manager is Rory
Bakke, whom I've copied.
