Thank you, Bill, for your talent, your persuasiveness, your 
persistence, your vision, and your ability to bring people with 
differing viewpoints into seeing a common vision. I also appreciate 
the personal touch you gave to such mundane, but important 
correspondence as fund-raising letters. We have all benefited from 
your leadership. I hope we will continue to support each other's
