Hi GRRNers:

The snipped email probably came to me as spam but I thought it was of
interest to anyone studying government subsidies of businesses. 
Apparently this book tells businesses where they can go to get help from
government and clearly calls them subsidies.  I wonder if such a book
exist for US businesses both at the federal and state level.  If so, it
would allow us to calculate even greater levels of corporate welfare.
