Do you have an opinion on the expanded Bottle Bill?  Do you have an

Join us at the 21st Annual Michigan Recycling Coalition (MRC) Conference
on May 20th and 21st at the Radisson in Kalamazoo.  The conference will
include educational sessions on such items as an expanded Bottle Bill,
Representative Kooiman's proposed landfill surcharge legislation, and
Toronto's waste diversion efforts as well as addresses by the Michigan
Department of Environmental Quality's Chief of Environmental Science and
Services and nationally renowned Dr. Lisa Skumatz of Skumatz Economic
Research Associates (SERA).  The conference will also feature a Solid
Waste Issues Forum where those in attendance will voice their opinions
on solid waste issues in the state and develop an outline for an updated
Solid Waste Policy for Michigan to be presented to Michigan decision
makers.
