[GreenYes] recycling blueprints & cad drawings

Dear recycling gururs,

Does anybody know ... 
1) if blueprints can or should go in with regular paper office recycling --
should they go in with newsprint? 
2) and what about cad printouts .. here we use "trans-bond" its a vellum
like paper but I dont know what it is really.. ?
