Recycling in all communities in Wisconsin is mandatory for all waste generators - residents, businesses, government offices, people out at the park or at the baseball stadium, you name it.

 

It has been that way since 1991 for some materials such as oil and appliances, 1993 for yard materials and 1995 for a wide range of paper and containers.
