Seasons Greetings!

I am working to develop a prototype event recycling program with an on-site
sorting station which can serve to both process material and act as a
working exhibit for the attending crowd. The objective is to roll this out
on Earth Day 2000 and then make it available for the massive and frequent
street fairs, festivals and parades that are part of Philadelphia's party
culture.

The Earth Day 2000 event sponsors are anticipating 30,000 on Belmont
Plateau--the scene of the crime in 1970. The trash generated at that event
was the most anyone had ever seen and it took two days to pick up it up.

I have checked out JTR Net http://www.epa.gov/jtr/thirds/jtrnet/evntrec.htm
and I am looking for any other information of refferences y'all might help
me find.
