[GRRN] Landfill Concentration

I am looking to evaluate a geographic market in which, until recently,
landfill ownership was either dispersed among several companies or in which
there was a publicly owned landfill, and then more recently, ownership
became concentrated in either just one company or two large companies which
tend to "cooperate".

Any leads would be appreciated.
