Quick correction.

The Alameda County Source Reduction and Recycling Board (RB) passed the
resolution. The Alameda County Waste Management Authority (WMA) has not
yet considered it, though we hope they do. The names are confusing, as
aside from the WMA having a name similar to a large company in the
industry, the RB and the WMA have the same staff, address, etc., and
have some boardmembers in common.
