Title: [GreenYes] Energy Bill HR 6 broadens definition of incinerator to include gasification, plasma, pyrolysis.

Please note that the Senate is working on rewriting Sec 1501 of the energy bill
(HR6) and is making changes including changes to the extension of the renewable
energy tax credits.

The changes shorten the extension of the renewable energy tax credits to a 2
year extension (it was a 4-year extension) and broadened the definition of trash
incinerator to include new schemes like trash gasification, plasma, pyrolysis
and other trash-to-electricity schemes.
