I agree with Dan and Bob.

All over the world people are having to fight a resurgence of the garbage
incineration industry.  (Absurdly, "global warming" is
often being used as justification for this....)  These incineration
scams, and the time and energy needed to fight them, are major diversions
from real progress towards rational, sustainable resource
management.
