[GreenYes] RPF language for C&D Recycling??

Folks - can you send me any language that you include in 
deconstruction/construction RFPs that would require the contractor to 
recycling as much material as possible?? Any additional information or 
educational material that you've produced to target this audience would 
also be greatly appreciated.
