Hi Anne, Thanks! Actually, I'm in Fayetteville - nearly three hours by car from Little Rock. Heather, there is no short answer without knowing more about your circumstance. As it happens, I have it on good word that a series of articles highly relevant to your question, are scheduled to be published in upcoming consecutive issues of Resource Recycling...perhaps beginning as soon as the December issue.
