Disregarding all the foul language & etc., the 
arguments (if one can call them that) are pretty 
much the standard ones and have been emitted 
around here by Vasuki and his Delaware Solid 
Waste Authority for a long time.  It would be 
interesting to know how this "show" on this topic 
came about and what interests really fed them the content.
