For the purposes of your EPA project, and solicitation of "model"
communities, would you please define "collection" and "processing"?  Are you
focused solely on vehicular collection of source-separated organics?
Processing in composting facilities that only accept food scraps and/or yard
waste?  Are you interested in energy recovery from processing operations?
